Second Graders at Shuler Build Rube Goldberg Machines

Second grader at Shuler are trying a new project for science. They finished a unit about balance and motion and or their final project, students collaboratively worked in a small group to create a Rube Goldberg Machine. A Rube Goldberg machine is a complicated invention to perform a simple task. Their task was to ring a bell. They needed to include balance, motion and a push or pull. Students loved the opportunity to learn to work together and solve this task.
