Applied Engineering Class

Students in the 8th grade Applied Engineering class tested out their designs for saving an egg from a fall off the roof on Friday, February 13th.  Students are learning about kinetic and potential energy while also learning how engineers use a design process to define, brainstorm, plan and build solutions.  There were many successes and a few breaks in each class but a great time of learning for everyone!

Parker Breit ready for the egg drop challenge with a successful landing- no broken eggs on this drop!
