A Message From Principal Tierney
During this season of peace and goodwill, it is with great pleasure that we pause and express our best holiday wishes and deep appreciation of your support, partnership and continued engagement. May the warmth and love of the season (and the weather forecast) fill your hearts and home.
Please take a moment, prior to January 13th, to help us analyze our growth in the area of our Family Engagement goal by filling out the following survey. In the fall, we had 175 participants, and we are hoping to expand upon the response this winter. We will survey one more time in early May.
I look forward to seeing everyone in 2017!
My Very Best,
Mrs. Kim Tierney

2nd Grade Citizenship project
From January 17-27th, second grade will be leading Maple Grove on a school-wide citizenship project. Students will be collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House of Des Moines. There is no need to count your tabs, just have your child bring their pop tabs to their classroom for collection any time during the two weeks. The grade level that collects the most pop tabs will earn a pop party!
