Fall Harvest Party Information

The Woodland Hills Fall Harvest Parties will be held on Thursday, October 26 from 2:30 pm – 3:15 pm.

If you are planning to attend the Fall Harvest Parties, we ask that you email your child’s homeroom teacher by Wednesday, October 25. As a reminder, our district utilizes a system that requires all visitors to have their photo ID scanned and wear a visitor badge while in the building. It is required, and with many people attending that day, there could be a long wait. You will not be allowed to enter until you have been scanned into the system. If you forget a photo ID, you will not be allowed to enter.

**Please remember that these procedures have been put in place to help keep our students safe.**

Run for the Hills

Run for the Hills was an amazing day and phenomenal event! Students had a great time, and we could not have asked for better weather!

As an entire Woodland Hills Family — students, families, and teachers — we raised over $51,000! (The total does not reflect the expenses — t-shirts, prizes, etc.)

We are humbled and extremely thankful for the amount of support! This money will help purchase:

  1. Technology for classrooms — additional and replacement iPads

  2. Books for the library and classrooms

  3. Support Woodland Hills as we start the journey of becoming a Leader in Me school

Please watch the News from the Woods for how this money is being utilized to support student learning.

Change in Seasons

Fall weather is officially here! Please remember to have your child bring a jacket to school, as recess times can be pretty chilly! It is also helpful if you have your child’s name written inside their jacket, in case it would get misplaced.
