Focusing on Health, Empowerment, Respect and Sports, H.E.R.S. will address meaningful topics that affect young girls today! Opportunity H.E.R.S. is a no-cost program for girls in 3rd-5th. It is proven that girls build confidence and other important life skills through group lessons and sports!
