Central Iowa Ultimate and Can Play are excited to offer an introductory ultimate frisbee camp experience. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game of ultimate including catching, throwing, as well as basic rules and gameplay. Ultimate is a fast paced, aerobic sport and tons of fun!
