Balloons for Brighter Futures is the Short Years Partnership inaugural fundraiser for Child Abuse Prevention Month. The raffle winner receives a hot air balloon ride for two, plus a free car detail from Ramsey Mazda of Des Moines. Tickets are $5 for 1 or $20 for a pack of five.
