Back to School Family Resource Fair – August 3
Waukee Community School District will host a Back-to-School Family Resource Fair on August 3rd from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Timberline School, 2605 LA Grant Pkwy, Waukee, IA.
This event will feature:
- Free Dinner
- Free Physicals
- Free Haircuts
- Vision Checks
- Dental Checks
- Immunization Assistance
- Community Resources
- School registration assistance
- Free/reduced meal eligibility assistance
This event is open to all Waukee Community School District families; however, pre-registration is required to attend. Please pre-register online at one of the links below. Please fill out the form for each student that plans to attend.
Registration is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 150 spots available during each hour of the event.
