About Career Services

Career Services helps prepare K-12 students for success beyond graduation. Located in the Waukee Innovation & Learning Center (WILC), the Career Services Office provides a place for students to:

  • Explore career pathways via informational interviews, job shadowing, and networking
  • Connect with part-time/summer jobs and internships via an online job board
  • Attend career workshops and hone skills such as resume writing, interviewing, and LinkedIn

Local Businesses and Organizations

We are seeking partnerships with businesses and organizations to offer a variety of opportunities including speaking engagements, informational interviews, job shadowing, internships (both paid and unpaid), panel discussions, and mock interviews. Our goal is to connect students with potential career opportunities and local businesses.
