Children would need to be enrolled through RevTrak. Enrollment directions are linked in the information above. You can get enrolled during our open-enrollment times, which have varied in recent years. Those times will be announced and updated on the Beyond the Bell webpage.
If you miss the open enrollment period, you are able to get on the waitlist through RevTrak. Contact Rich Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org or Andrea Wilmes at email@example.com if the waitlist is closed, so they can open it up for you.
During the school year, Beyond the Bell allows new students to start on the first day of the month that Beyond the Bell is open. You would be notified through email if a spot is available for your child. An email will be sent at least two weeks before your child will be able to start.
School Canceled: For the safety of the children and the staff, we will not be operating on school cancellation days. However, if school is delayed or canceled due to transportation issues, Beyond the Bell may remain open. This decision will be made by District Administration and communicated to parents as early as possible.
Early Dismissal: If school is dismissed early, the program will begin at the time of dismissal. Parents are required to pick up their child(ren) within one hour of dismissal time to ensure the safety of everyone traveling home.
Late Start: If school starts late, Beyond the Bell will start late and care will be for children enrolled in the morning session only. For example, with a two-hour late start, Beyond the Bell will open at 8:30 a.m. instead of 6:30 a.m. and continue until school begins. If for some reason school is canceled after the children are at school, the parents will be asked to come and pick up their child within one hour from the announcement of cancellation.
Cancellation of care needs to be sent in writing or by email to the Onsite Supervisor no later than the 20th of the month prior to care. For example, if terminating for the month of March, the cancellation would need to be submitted by February 20th. If termination of care is not received by the 20th of the month, payment of services will be charged to your account.
No cancellations or reimbursements will be allowed after the cancellation deadline. No refunds will be issued due to student illness or temporary program closure. If care is canceled for any period of time, re-enrollment into the program will be required if space and staff allow. This is due to the waiting list for families that want to enroll in the program.
